Established in 2014

Our Story...

Twilight Trees is a woman-led business founded by Susie Reid Thomas in 2014. Susie, a graduate of Central Saint Martins, leads the creative bespoke and event teams at Twilight Trees.

Started from a kitchen table, the business now proudly operates out of a series of converted farm sheds near Winchester, employing a local team with a passion for creating a “Wow” for all our clients.

Over the years Twilight Trees has gained a reputation as the go-to provider of artifical trees and foliage for the events industry and increasingly a creative force in helping brands, hospitality and interiors to uplift and transform their space.

Susie
Founder and Creative Director

Susie is our founder and maverick, visionary and en’tree’preneur. With a talent for design, a head for business and the ability to charm the pants of pretty much anybody, she’s the secret ingredient in this company and certainly adds the sparkle!

Andrew
Director

Andrew makes the cogs turn. He knows the business inside out and is instrumental in its success and at nearly 7 foot tall he’s certainly reaching for the higher branches. He also makes an absolutely killer G&T.

Justin
Warehouse Manager

If we had a ‘best beard in the warehouse’ competition, Justin would win. He wears shorts 365 days a year and although he claims to own jeans, we’re yet to see them. He makes a mean chicken sandwich, has a dry sense of humour and loves his footie nearly as much as Liv.

Liv
Events Manager

Liv is the first point of contact at Twilight Trees and will guide you through the way we work. A farmer’s daughter, Liv is a no-nonsense character with a can-do attitude and a caring nature and you couldn’t be in better hands.

Having spent four years organising cycling and trekking events across the globe, Liv is a logistics mastermind and we couldn’t be happier to have her on the team.

Emily
Sales & Marketing

Emily brings sharp thinking and sharper sarcasm to the team. When she’s not buried in a book or at the cinema, she’s keeping things lively with her quick wit and no-nonsense approach. Instantly recognisable by her sparkling blonde hair, she balances fun with focus and isn’t afraid to say it how it is. Just don’t bring peanuts — seriously.

Chandler
Sales & Marketing

Chandler is versatile, analytical, and a genuine team player. Whether he’s deep in numbers and stats or working closely with our bespoke clients he brings clarity the process.

When he’s not chatting all things trees and installations, you’ll usually find Chandler watching football, making a banging cocktail or heading off to catch some waves. He is also brilliant at lifting up very heavy things and putting them back down again.

Ella
Design & Production Assistant

Ella blends quiet strength with creative spark. A black belt in karate with hair down to her waist, she’s an artist with serious tech skills and a knack for turning thoughtful ideas into something special. Often wrapped up against the cold, Ella brings warmth, imagination, and care to everything she creates at Twilight Trees.

Tracy
Chief Foliator

Tracy rocks a tool belt better than any girl in the treehouse. With a creative background and a head for business, Tracy knows how to make a tree catwalk ready. Our chief foliator may have a sweet disposition but don’t be fooled, she’s also a keen shot at the rifle range.

Geoff
Onsite Event Manager

King of the Installation. Geoff is Mr Dependable and runs our on site work with his equally dependable team. Tooled up to the eyeballs he loves to scope new venues for the most efficient and best way to work his Twilight magic. On the odd occasion when he is not working he threatens to ride his electric bike or settles back into the F1.

Adam
Install Team Member

Adam brings energy, determination, and a can-do attitude to every job he takes on. Always willing to go above and beyond, he’s the person you can count on when a challenge needs tackling. A huge cinema enthusiast who even watched the latest Superman film three times, Adam approaches his work at Twilight with the same passion and commitment. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and his relentless work ethic, positivity, and willingness to help make him a valued part of the team.

Ben
Install Team Member

If there was an award for Twilight Trees’ biggest football fan, Ben would win it hands down. If Southampton FC are playing, he’ll be there – and somehow still turns up ready to build trees the next day. He leads the singalongs in the van, keeping everyone’s spirits high through early starts and late-night de-rigs. Oh, and if he looks familiar, there’s a reason for that… he once appeared on a reality TV show. We’ll let you guess which one!
