After the success of the bespoke cherry blossom tree at Brighton’s Michelin-rated Kusaki restaurant, the team commissioned yet another tree for their new restaurant FUMI.
Not unlike Twilight Trees, FUMI has sustainability high on the agenda. The focus at FUMI is on sustainable products and the team uses local and seasonal produce wherever possible, this even includes the restaurant’s very own locally-brewed beer.
The brief for this tree was to have a natural and realistic appearance. The Twilight Trees design team hand selected a natural coffee stem trunk which is rich in both character and natural beauty. White blossom was the perfect choice and sits effortlessly alongside the natural wood, working in synchrony with the calm vibes of the space.
