The Brief
At the front of the property, our focus shifted towards creating privacy while enhancing the townhouse’s elegant facade.
We replaced the existing bay trees with UV-resistant artificial bay trees, providing year-round screening without the need for pruning or watering. Bespoke rail planters filled with layered artificial planting, including boxwood and artemisia, soften the entrance and create a refined, formal look that complements the architecture of the home.
The finished scheme offers privacy from the street while remaining sympathetic to the property’s proportions and character.
