Our team manages delivery, installation, styling and derig to ensure everything feels seamless throughout.

Planning & styling

Share your vision and we’ll help you curate the right pieces for your ceremony, reception and evening. We’ll provide visuals, suggest layouts, and advise on timings, access and what’s possible within your venue, so everything feels seamless before the day arrives.

Delivery & Set Up

Our team delivers and installs everything at the agreed time, building and securing each piece safely in place. We style on site to a consistently high finish, working discreetly around your venue schedule so everything is ready ahead of guests arriving.

De-rig & collection

Once the celebrations are over, we return at the agreed time to de-rig and collect. We pack down efficiently and carefully, leaving the venue exactly as we found it, so you can enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics.
