Bespoke installations are a slick marketing tool and even more so when they come in the form of collaboration. This autumn, HarBar on 6th at the Southampton Harbour Hotel collaborated with the Isle of Wight Distillery’s ‘Mermaid Gin’ to bring their customers an immersive autumnal experience. Led by the colours of the Mermaid gin bottles, this creative display spans the length of the bar and large proportion of the seating area. The installation has already generated voluminous social media coverage and has reinforced HarBar’s place on the map. Drinks anyone?
